Midwestern Millwright utilizes our state-of-the-art OMAX 80X abrasive waterjet cutting system to deliver precision-cut components for industrial fabrication projects across the Midwest.
With a large cutting envelope of approximately 13’ 4” x 6’ 8” and exceptional accuracy of ±0.001”, our OMAX 80X produces high-quality parts from a wide range of materials — including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, composites, plate, and more — without introducing heat-affected zones, warping, or mechanical stress. This cold-cutting process ensures clean, burr-free edges and tight tolerances ideal for complex shapes, intricate patterns, custom gaskets, brackets, wear plates, machine bases, and large-scale structural components.
