Our on-staff engineers have over 80 years of combined project experience in industrial construction applications. But beyond engineering, we are certified project management experts who can facilitate a huge variety of industrial projects.

Equipment

We have CAD/CAM software (Revit, Advanced Steel, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor and Leica Cyclone) for design as well as a Canon image PROGRAF iPF785 MFP M40 36″ printer/scanner capable of scanning documents up to 36″ x590″ and print large scale blueprints. We have a Jumbo Tracer Digitizing System which can quickly and easily trace any outline, template, object, or part and create a DXF file for use by any CNC, CAD or cutting software and machine. We also have a Leica P40 Industrial Laser scanner, which can scan up to 885 feet with remarkable 1/8 inch accuracy. Adding to our scanning arsenal, we have just procured the incredible GT-1003/PSBET 3-second Robotic Total Station.

Our engineering and surveying teams know the importance of getting measurement and planning right the first time. There is no second chance to engineer a major construction project. It has to be right every time.

Surveying & Engineering

We have veteran engineers with years of surveying experience. We can help with as-built and construction analysis for permit requirements and regulatory adherence. Our oil field and industrial engineering involves environmental impact, site preparedness, and mitigation planning.

Leica P40 Laser Scanner

Get the topography and details of objects large and small with the accuracy only laser technology affords. The P40 can measure up to 885 feet, with 1/8th inch accuracy, and scans up to a million points/second. We can create 3D imaging of your site for you, with geo-engineering, site plans or other data integrated into the image.

Powerful Data Constructs

Midwestern Millwright has the expertise to help you plan and evaluate the scanned data coming back. We can engineer a solution to your structural or regulatory issue. We can alsodemonstrate your adherence to regulations, or help you find a way to meet your requirements. Recently we’ve added the capability to work with law enforcement to re-create crime scenes for ongoing investigations.
